Schrader – Launches the NEW EZ-sensor® 2.0 with Black Aluminium Valve

The wheel business in Europe is always undergoing continuous improvement, especially with regards to alloy wheel design. The market trend shows increased interest towards coloured wheels and we can clearly see that black wheels are becoming more and more popular in Europe.

Our devotion to meet and forecast the needs of the automotive industry resulted in the development of the EZ-sensor^® 2.0 Clamp-in version with an all new black aluminium valve (Part Number - 2210B) - a perfect fit for black wheels!

The EZ-sensor^® 2.0 Clamp-in with black valve has passed a series of harsh validation tests: salt and corrosion resistance, material strength and high G spin test to ensure the highest quality and safety features for our customers and drivers. The new black valve includes a protective ring (called “washer”), which allows the stem to be mounted gently on the alloy rim to avoid scratching its surface.

Schrader’s EZ-sensor^® 2.0 is now available in 4 different mechanical packages (including the black valve version) and offers the highest coverage on the market of newly registered vehicles in Europe. EZ-sensor^® 2.0 is the first TPMS sensor in the world to be certified in accordance with the guidelines of TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH and can guarantee the highest level of quality.
